Aids to navigation,
designed and delivered.
Shandong Lenrine Technology Development Co., Ltd. designs, develops and manufactures marine aids to navigation for ports, inland waterways and coastal areas. The range is built around non-metallic UHMWPE products, complemented by metal structures, marine lanterns, telemetry equipment and multi-payload buoys — supplied and supported as a complete project package.
Problems from the channel, answered in the product.
Product development starts from what actually fails on the water — fouling, corrosion, collision damage, batteries that die in the wrong month, lanterns nobody knows have gone dark. The aim is equipment a field crew can install, service and rely on without specialist support.
The range is built around ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene aids, complemented by conventional steel and aluminium structures, marine lanterns, telemetry equipment and multi-payload buoys — so a single supplier can cover an entire channel configuration.
Support runs from selection and volume supply through installation, commissioning and long-term maintenance. Shipping the order is not the end of the job.
Four pillars behind every project.Engineering, range, field experience and delivery — none of them optional.
Design & manufacturing
Structural design, mould development and assembly are done in-house, so each generation improves on materials, structure and manufacturability rather than just on catalogue photography.
Complete product range
Non-metallic AtoN, metal AtoN, marine lanterns, telemetry, data buoys and project services — specify one item or configure a full channel from a single source.
Field experience
Products are in service across inland channels, port approaches, canal projects and coastal waters, configured against the specific conditions each project presents.
On-site delivery
Support across selection, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance. The standard for "delivered" is the aid working on station, not the container leaving the yard.
Six product families.Polymer, metal, lanterns, telemetry, data buoys and services.
From a chart to a lit channel.Five stages, each with a named contact.
Requirement & selection
Positions, shapes and light characters set against channel class, water conditions and traffic density.
Proposal & quotation
Configuration list and technical notes covering interfaces, mooring and spares.
Production & supply
Scheduling, inspection, export packing and phased shipment to project milestones.
Installation & commissioning
Deployment, mooring, light character setting and telemetry onboarding.
Maintenance & spares
Status tracking, fault response and continued supply of consumables and spares.
